The Challenge:
Workday has a high performing Revenue Operations organization helping steer us toward our goal of growing from $4B to $10B in revenue. The RevOps Insights and Innovation group is a key player in fueling this growth by providing thought leadership in RevOps analytics. Our team is responsible for uncovering new insights, developing and testing new analytical approaches, and serving accurate and consistent ad hoc analysis to partners within different areas of the business.

What you'll do:
  • Be the ultimate thought-leader demonstrating a great aptitude of driving action through insightful recommendations underpinned by data. You will partner with cross-functional leaders on large strategic projects, proactively uncover new insights and engage with internal teams on data-driven decisions to support future growth.
  • Impact in this role is vast given that our team collaborates internally to support business leaders on pivotal initiatives with custom analysis. Moreover you will be expected to proactively conduct strategic analysis based on your own analytical capabilities and engage with stakeholders on how they might act on those insights.
  • Own official business definition and use cases for a set of sales and marketing metrics. In this sense, you will be working with Analytics Data Specialists to help develop the use case of metrics and advising how these will help propel business performance.

What you'll need:
  • 8+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of sales/marketing analytics experience
  • Experience working with data sets to uncover business insights (solid Tableau knowledge)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Alteryx, Python and other BI tools beneficial
  • Cloud data warehouse experience a bonus
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Takes initiative and tackles challenges with enthusiasm
  • Excellent collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skills
Pay Range:
$65- $70/ HR
